Library Program Room
The ancient Egyptian craftsmen produced beautiful jewelry designed for both royalty and commoners of the day. This jewelry was created for adornment and magical protection. Historian Rollin Phipps will discuss the significance of the materials and designs used in ancient times. A display of necklaces, bracelets, and rings dating back 2,500 years will highlight the event. Join us for this special exploration into the world of Egyptian art.
On the first and third Saturday of each month, the Library is visited by therapy dogs. They love to listen to children practice reading! No registration needed.
