In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in order to protect the health of the citizens and business community, please be advised that on March 17, 2020 the City Council of the City of Grapevine took action to approve the continuation of the Mayor’s Declaration of a State of Local Disaster due to a Public Health Emergency for the City of Grapevine pursuant to the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 9, Section 9-2 of the City of Grapevine, and the Texas Government Code Section 418.108(a). That this declaration of local disaster shall be extended for a period of 90 days, unless earlier terminated, and may be continued or extended as deemed necessary by the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas.
This action has temporarily suspended all soliciting in the City of Grapevine for the time span of the Declaration.
Permits to solicit in the City of Grapevine are issued by the City Secretary's Office and are good for one year from the date the permit was issued. Below is a list of solicitors with active permits. The list will be updated when new solicitors are issued a permit.
